Getting to the venue
Plan to fly into Austin-Bergstrom Airport; the venue is about a 20-minute drive. We recommend using a rideshare service. If you plan to rent a car, please let us know so we can arrange a parking spot.
The Venue
All events on Saturday will take place at The Carpenter Hotel in Austin, Texas. The welcome dinner will be held at Amala Sanctuary, a quick 5 minute drive away
Arrival and Departure
Hotel check in begins at 3pm and Check-out is 10am. Festivities will most likely begin around 5:30 on Friday. There are no events on Sunday.
We’ve reserved a number of rooms at the Carpenter Hotel. If you’d like to stay on-site, please use the link below when booking.
FYI the Hyatt site is a bit buggy, so follow the steps below to book.
Ensure the check-in date is 9/25 and check-out date is 9/27.
