Arrival and Departure

Plan to fly into Austin-Bergstrom Airport Friday morning or afternoon; Hotel check in begins at 4pm and check-out is 12pm. Festivities will begin around 5:30pm on Friday. There are no events planned on Sunday.

The Venue

All events on Saturday will take place at The Carpenter Hotel in Austin, Texas. The welcome dinner will be held at Amala Sanctuary, a quick 5 minute drive away.

Getting around

Austin is very rideshare-friendly, so wait times are typically short. If you're renting a car, let us know and we will arrange a parking spot.

  • Scroll down to "Other Matching Rooms" and pick your room of choice.

If you plan to stay at the hotel, plan to book soon, as rooms are filling up quickly.

We'd recommend looking for an airbnb in Zilker, Barton Hills, Bouldin Creek, or Downtown (east of Congress Ave) — all great Austin neighborhoods and just a short ride from the Carpenter.
