







Arrival and Departure
Plan to fly into Austin-Bergstrom Airport Friday morning or afternoon; Hotel check in begins at 4pm and check-out is 12pm. Festivities will begin around 5:30pm on Friday. There are no events planned on Sunday.
The Venue
All events on Saturday will take place at The Carpenter Hotel in Austin, Texas. The welcome dinner will be held at Amala Sanctuary, a quick 5 minute drive away.
Getting around
Austin is very rideshare-friendly, so wait times are typically short. If you're renting a car, let us know and we will arrange a parking spot.
